Scaffolding hire and erection in Bracknell

Bracknell is around thirty minutes from our yard and it is one of the more straightforward Berkshire towns to work in, largely because of how it was built. As a post-war new town, most of the housing sits on planned estates with generous access, service roads and off-street parking — which usually means a lorry can get close, the scaffold goes up quickly and the price reflects that.

The housing stock here is dominated by 1950s to 1980s estate development in Priestwood, Easthampstead, Great Hollands, Harmans Water and Birch Hill, plus more recent development around Jennett's Park, Amen Corner and the redeveloped town centre. Typical work is roof strips and re-roofs, fascia and gutter renewal, re-rendering of pebbledash and tile-hung elevations, loft conversions, extensions and a growing volume of solar installations.

Commercially, Bracknell has a long-standing concentration of office and light industrial space around Southern Industrial Area, Amen Corner and the Western Industrial Estate. We provide access for cladding, roof plant, façade repair and refurbishment, working to inductions and permits where the site requires them.
